Evaluate promo-code performance and friction

Within days of deploying Quantum Metric, the largest Canadian retailer saw that 3.2K sessions encountered a “Promo Code Error” and 2K had abandoned their carts as a result. This was equivalent to 5.1% of all abandonments during a week valued at $218K.

Now, this Canadian retailer has a “Promo Codes” dashboard and can track which promo codes triggered errors, trend charts showing spikes in the error, and where sessions came from. When the team needs to investigate, it has every associated session replay and can quickly segment to view just the relevant ones.
