I've been at QM since 2018- what a ride! My roots are in recruiting but I have held a number of positions here, my favorite being the unofficial "Mother of Dragons". I am a strong advocate for our dragons in all aspects of the candidate and employee experience, wellbeing, DEIB efforts, and Employee Resource Groups. Outside of work I can be found chasing my kids, gardening, woodworking, or in over my head on a DIY project. I love to live simply, cook and eat amazing food, and surround myself with nature and art.

I’m a Senior Recruiter based in Washington DC with 6+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically within the post Sales/GTM sector. Originally from Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, I’m known for my "human touch" approach to recruiting and engaging prospective candidates. Outside of work, I enjoy various hobbies such as hiking, exploring different cuisines (the more foreign the better), or simply lounging on a beach somewhere. I hope to visit at least half of the African countries within the next 5 years.

I joined QM in May of 2022 as a Recruitment Coordinator. I also help to co-lead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and facilitate our Employee Resource Groups. I've been working in the Administrative + Human Resources space for 7 years and I am passionate about improving the employee experience. Outside of work, I like any outdoor adventure (hiking, camping, snowshoeing, rock climbing, etc.). I also love to create art via watercolor painting, crochet, and making jewelry.
