Today’s digital products change faster than ever. But many companies aren’t built to move with speed. Data is siloed, teams take too long to prioritize, and impact is hard to quantify. 

We want to change that. That’s why we built Quantum Metric and why we believe in Continuous Product Design—a fundamentally new approach that helps organizations deliver digital products that have greater impact, with speed and confidence.

Mark Treschl

Chief Customer Officer

Mark’s expertise and business range has powered three decades of developing products and process improvements. At Quantum Metric, he manages Customer Success, helping clients learn faster, iterate with confidence, and build better products. Previously, he was CCO at Verint and Co-Founder of OpinionLab, a Digital Analytics SaaS platform focused on collecting and analyzing Voice of Customer.

Yotam Yemini

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Yotam is responsible for the company’s product-market growth strategy. He has more than a decade of experience advising executives across industries in building cross-functional systems, teams and processes. Previously, Yotam helped grow Turbonomic from early product design to global scale, gaining recognition as one of the fastest growing tech companies in the world.

Jaimie Ciabarra

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jaimie leads the finance and HR teams at Quantum Metric. She previously managed finance and HR at 3 startups and was also a technology consultant at Deloitte. Additionally, Jaimie champions the company’s initiative to make a difference in the world by contributing to charity:water.

Mario Ciabarra

Co-Founder, CEO & Board Member

In 2015, Mario founded Quantum Metric to help organizations align with a single version of customer-defined and quantified truth. Previously founding and exiting an APM startup which solved where enterprise applications could be improved, Mario saw the natural next step was expanding organizational alignment around the entire product lifecycle.

Glenn Trattner

Chief Operating Officer

Glenn began as an advisor in 2015 and joined full-time in 2017 to lead operations and delivery. He previously managed operations at DIRECTV/AT&T, leading a team that delivered solutions to millions of customers. Glenn also ran massive scale solutions for large enterprises at HP. He is responsible for aligning operations to drive product advancement in our customers and partners.

Efrat Ravid

Chief Marketing Officer

Efrat is the Chief Marketing Officer, driving the company's branding strategy, product visibility, and demand generation. Previously, she was the key force behind building US brand presence for ContentSquare. Over the last decade, Efrat has served as CMO at several technology companies, and she is passionate about partnering with customers to improve the entire customer journey.

Adam Dille

VP Engineering

Adam drives product strategy and development activities, from feature conception to engineering execution. He began his career building successful large-enterprise software solutions, and today applies his experience to evolving and scaling continuous product design. Adam is passionate about building an autonomous team of dedicated product experts, and leading their charge to consistently deliver incredible results.
