Navigating a complex replatforming.

As a leading provider of digital analytics, Quantum Metric needed its own website to reflect the innovation and performance they deliver to customers. However, migrating to a new platform posed significant risks, including potential disruptions to the digital customer experience and lost revenue. The team leveraged the Quantum Metric platform to ensure a seamless transition, proactively monitor performance, and identify any issues before they impacted users.

Real-time monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

Using Quantum Metric's website optimization and UX monitoring capabilities, the web team observed user behavior in real-time during and after the replatforming process. Session replay allowed them to identify specific friction points, such as slow page load times and broken links, that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. They utilized web analytics and customer journey analytics to track key performance indicators and identify any digital leakage. For example, broken links and pages were identified within hours of the migration.
