How does Quantum Metric's autocapture work?

With a one-time tag or SDK deployment, Quantum Metric starts capturing an expanse of data, such as clicks, taps, scrolls, and API responses, across web, mobile, and kiosk platforms. With over 60 behavioral indicators and 300 audience dimensions captured out-of-the-box, including frustration signals and technical metrics like error messages and page speed, teams gain immediate insight into user behavior and technical performance without manual tagging. In addition, remotely configured data collection enables the creation of custom events and metrics unique to each business, empowering teams to adapt and optimize their analytics without engineering involvement.

How does Quantum Metric keep data secure?

Quantum Metric ensures data security and privacy by capturing data directly on users' devices with three options: Capture, Do Not Capture, or Encrypt. SOC and ISO compliance is deployed across the platform. Non-sensitive data is encrypted from the browser to our secure cloud, while sensitive information is never captured or pseudonymized and encrypted for compliance. Data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely in Google Cloud Platform, ensuring complete protection without Quantum Metric accessing decrypted data.To safeguard personally identifiable information (PII) and ensure GDPR and CCPA compliance, Quantum Metric uses pseudonymization to separate PII data from analytical data before encrypting it with a unique key pair for transmission, ensuring customer-exclusive decryption access.
