We've enhanced Interaction heatmaps to make optimizing your top pages easier. The new Comparison Mode allows side-by-side analysis of different segments or experiences, while Automated Zoning highlights key engagement areas for quick optimization. Suggested Zones surfaces top zones driving KPIs with a click, and Zone Portability lets you take action directly from a zone. With Visibile's integration, you can visualize KPI performance and engagement directly within your existing UI, ensuring that interaction data aligns with metrics across the platform. This tool gives UX teams greater control and precision in optimizing user experiences.

Easier than ever to build funnels on the fly and drill into drop-off.

Our redesigned Funnel Builder makes creating and analyzing funnels more intuitive. The WYSIWYG Funnel Builder offers a single view of all funnel steps, with automatic funnel generation and drop-off segmentation built in. User-level analysis has been significantly upgraded, including Sequential Segmentation in Segment Builder for detailed user journey analysis across sessions and devices. The redesigned Segment Builder supports complex queries, allowing you to create custom paths, maintain paths across journeys, and view user counts and context in journey and path analysis. These enhancements provide a comprehensive view of user interactions over time, offering deeper insights and more precise user-based analysis.
