No, each customer has an individualized “instance” of a model, so it’s only trained using your specific dataset. No data is shared ever and no data is consumed to build a model outside of each customer’s use.

Where can I find Felix AI Summarization in the Quantum Metric platform?

Within the Quantum Metric UI, summarizations are located in the session replay window and the user profile. In addition, through our RESTful API, you can push Felix summaries into any of your existing workflows and channels.
