Summary:
- Quantum Metric's Summer '26 launch brings Felix Agentic to general availability, including Felix Chat, Background Agents, Copilot, Skills and Workflows, giving teams an AI analyst that monitors, investigates, and explains automatically.
- Expanded Digital Visibility closes the coverage gap with Mobile Crash Analytics, AI Traffic Analytics for LLM-referred visitors, Flutter on Web support, and an Adobe Experience Platform Connector, which enables CJA migrations in weeks not months.
- Platform improvements that simplify the experience for our users: inline dashboard card editing, responsive page element tracking, and a more powerful alerts suite.
There's a version of analytics work that most teams know well. Something moves in your data. Someone notices. The question goes out. An analyst starts digging. By the time there's a real answer, the moment has often passed.
On July 16th, we introduced a Summer product release built around that exact problem.
Across the platform, we focused on three areas that help teams move from investigation to action faster. First, we built an AI analyst that continuously monitors your KPIs, investigates anomalies, and explains what happened in plain language grounded in your data. Second, we expanded Digital Visibility so you can understand more of the customer experience, from mobile crashes to AI-referred traffic. And third we reduced the friction in everyday platform work, so there are fewer clicks, faster edits, and less time keeping things configured correctly.
Whether you joined us live or you're catching up now, here's everything we launched.
Agentic Analytics: An AI analyst in every workflow.
Analytics no longer has to wait for someone to go looking.
Felix Chat and Background Agents
Felix Chat answers any question in plain language, grounded in your data. Ask about a drop in conversion, a spike in errors, or why a segment is behaving differently, and Felix does the investigative work, not just the lookup. It checks what changed, gathers evidence, rules out the non-issues, and explains the most likely cause. Every step is visible, so you can follow the reasoning, not just trust the answer.

Background Agents run that same investigation continuously, without being asked. They monitor your KPIs around the clock. When something moves, they don't just alert you, they surface the why behind it. By the time you open the notification, the work is already done.
Both are generally available as of July 16th.

Copilot
Copilot brings Felix into the surfaces your team is already in. No separate tool, no context switch. You point at the problem instead of describing it.
Embedded directly in your dashboards, Copilot reads your live data and surfaces what actually matters. Click on any trend in any chart and get an instant, grounded explanation into anomalies, drops, and spikes, without opening a separate investigation.
Coming soon: Copilot for Interactions (now in beta), which brings the same intelligence into your heatmap and engagement overlay surface, identifying friction elements by name, surfacing which page elements deserve more or less prominence based on conversion impact, and telling you which version wins when comparing two pages.

Skills and Workflows
Skills define how your metrics are calculated and how analysis should be framed, so Felix works from your definitions, not generic assumptions. If your business defines conversion rate differently, Felix can learn that. If certain journeys matter more than others, Skills encode that context so it applies consistently across every investigation.
Workflows automate that analysis end to end, on a schedule, a trigger, or on demand. Build an investigation once, and it runs without requiring someone to kick it off manually every time.
Felix Agentic Native App (Beta)
The same intelligence from the web, now on your phone. The Felix Agentic Native App lets you triage escalations, investigate anomalies, and get answers anywhere, iOS and Android, with the full Felix Chat experience available from wherever you are.
MCP (Beta)
You can also bring Felix's intelligence to the tools your teams already use. Built on MCP (Model Context Protocol), Felix connects to external tools and data sources in real time. For example: getting Felix-powered answers inside tools like Claude and Slack. We'll be sharing more on expanded MCP capabilities as they develop.
Expanded Digital Visibility: More behavior, more surfaces.
Analytics can only be as good as the data underneath it. This release closes several coverage gaps that have limited what teams can see.
Mobile Crash Analytics (Beta)
Mobile Crash Analytics gives you the full picture of any crash: session replay of exactly what the user was doing beforehand, human-readable stack traces, and smart grouping by version, device, and OS. Instead of triaging a wall of raw exceptions, teams see patterns, and can jump directly to the replay that explains them.
Flutter on Web
Flutter on Web extends Quantum Metric’s Flutter SDK to the browser, giving cross-platform teams unified analytics in a single plugin rather than separate instrumentation efforts on each surface.
AI Traffic Analytics
AI Traffic Analytics gives you visibility into two distinct types of AI traffic that most analytics tools miss entirely.
The first is LLM-referred visitors. These are real humans who clicked through to your site from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others. AI Traffic Analytics automatically detects and segments these visitors so you can see how they land, convert, and drop off differently from other channels, and optimize for the way customers actually discover you now.
The second is AI bot traffic. These are automated agents visiting your site without a human behind them. As AI agents increasingly interact with digital experiences on behalf of users, knowing how they behave, and separating them from your human traffic, becomes critical to keeping your analytics clean and your experience optimized for both.

AEP Connector
The Adobe Experience Platform Connector flows 300+ behavioral signals automatically into CJA, Target, Campaign, and AJO with no Web SDK rebuilds and no tagging backlog. Teams already running Adobe workflows get the quantified why behind every Adobe insight, without having to build a new data pipeline to get there. Most customers go live in weeks, not months.
Simplified Platform: Configure less, analyze more.
Three improvements that reduce maintenance overhead and keep Quantum Metric current as your product evolves.
The redesigned dashboard card editor lets you edit cards inline with real-time preview. There's no full-screen editor, no context switch, what you see is what you get, while you're building it.
Responsive page element tracking follows your UI changes automatically. When your product ships a redesign, element tracking updates with it, so a release doesn't create a tagging backlog.
Alerts improvements deliver a more powerful suite that keeps every KPI monitored with less ongoing maintenance, fewer rules to manage, better signal, same coverage.
