OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER. Open to residents of the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, or France, 18 years of age and older as of April 19, 2021, except for employees of Quantum Metric (UK) Ltd. (“Sponsor”) and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Entrant is responsible for complying with all rules and policies set by its employer or entity with which it is affiliated with regard to eligibility to receive a prize from Sponsor. Entrant must not enter the sweepstakes if Entrant is prohibited from accepting the prize.
3. HOW TO ENTER. The sweepstakes is being run by Quantum Metrick (UK) Ltd. Beginning on Monday, April 19, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. BST through Friday, April 30, 2021 at 5 p.m. BST, visit the Quantum Metric virtual booth for the #QuantumMetric Bounce Back Raffle and fill out and submit all fields in the form. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
4. THE PRIZE. One prize of one (1) 10.9 inch Apple iPad Air Wifi, 64 GB of storage, in the color of the winner’s choice will be awarded to a winner drawn at random. Total prize value may be up to £800. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes arising from its receipt of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control make it necessary to do so. Apple iPad Air is a trademark of Apple Inc. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.
5. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT. The winner will be notified after Friday, May 7, 2021 via the email provided in the form. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. The winner must sign and return any required Statement of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent, or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within fourteen (14) days of the second email, or is disqualified for any other reason, the winner will lose their right to the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner by randomly drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
6. RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE. Following the selection and confirmation of a winner, prize will be sent to the winner’s specified address.
7. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the sweepstakes being used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the sweepstakes. All entrants may request the details of the winning participant by contacting kunderwood@quantummetric.com. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other sweepstakes participants if requested via Sponsor. Consent for an announcement of the winner’s first name and place of work will be made via Sponsor and may be posted on Sponsor’s website and social media. All personal information provided to Sponsor shall be used for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes you are agreeing for Sponsor to use your contact details for marketing purposes. Your information will be kept with Sponsor until you notify them at privacy@quantummetric.com that you no longer wish to receive information. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Promotion Parties do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the sweepstakes or being selected for a prize. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
9. GENERAL. The sweepstakes and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
