We’re rolling out a variety of new and exciting features across the Quantum Metric platform this summer. Discover what’s fresh to the platform and what to start taking advantage of.
Accelerate efficiency and customer-centricity across teams with new features in Atlas.
Navigate with your customers in mind.
We’ve revamped Atlas navigation to align with how you think about your customers’ experiences. The new navigation enables you to organize and customize your views in order to align with customer journey phases, putting guides and dashboards into buckets, making it easier for you to find customer insights versus searching for feature sets.
Find and resolve critical issues even faster.
We’re bringing the power of real-time alerting directly into Atlas guides. Now, when you install a new guide, simply subscribe to the alert in the Guide View and you’ll receive alerts on your most critical KPIs.
Identify the most impactful opportunities directly from your guides.
Whether you’re looking for optimization opportunities or simply need a prioritized list of what to fix, the Opportunities Summary has been a fan-favorite. With our latest update, Opportunities have been built directly into Atlas guides, providing a specialized view of the most impactful Opportunities for the focused micro-experience.
Additionally, we’ve added flexibility into how we quantify the impact of errors. For example, for non-monetary conversion journeys, like sign-up, you can now view the impact by completion values and/or quantify monetary impacts based on defined values (such as the cost of new customer acquisition).
See the micro-journey in the way that’s relevant to you.
Creating great digital experiences takes a team – Product defines how things work, UX designs beautiful interfaces, DevOps makes sure the experience is working, and the list goes on. With Lenses, a new Atlas guide feature that layers powerful role-based analysis on top of guides, you can look at the micro-journey based on your specific role.
Now teams can easily pivot from a guide directly into things like heatmaps (to understand aggregated user behavior), journeys (to uncover journey paths), and/or page/API performance (to discover where performance falls short). Lenses automatically contextualize the micro-experience of the guides, including any filters/time periods applied to the guide and key pages of focus – so you can quickly and easily deep dive from the guide.
Go deeper into micro-journeys and understand how customers interact with your digital experience in Visible.
Embrace the power of guides from Visible.
By accessing guides directly from Visible, you are able to stay in the context of your website while leveraging the power of guides to tell you how micro-journeys are performing and uncover where customers struggle. Guides for Visible includes everything you know and love about guides including: real-time KPIs, structured analytical approach, and anomaly detection.
Get a more detailed look into how customers use interactive elements.
When it comes to analyzing customer engagement with interactive elements, many heatmap tools often fall short. Our newest enhancement to Visible allows you to suspend overlays, giving you an in-depth view of user engagement on dynamic elements – all without ever having to log into the Quantum Metric platform.
Build dashboards faster and share insights with anyone in your organization.
Build dashboards easier with drag and drop.
To help streamline dashboard building and make dashboard creation more intuitive, you can simply select your chart type and metric, then drag and drop onto the dashboard. Layering segmentation has also never been easier with this update, simply drag and drop your segments and dimensions onto your dashboard cards and the changes are saved automatically.
Build funnels on the fly.
In the past, Quantum Metric required events to build out funnels. Now, you can build funnels, no events required. Within dashboards, simply define the customer segments for each step using any data point captured by Quantum Metric.
Save and share metrics across your organization.
For organizations with lots of users, our new Save & Share metrics feature, built right into dashboards, allows you to create and save metrics so users across the organization can leverage the power of Quantum Metric data while ensuring everyone is looking at the same data.
Leverage dashboards without logging into the platform.
With our new Reporting for Dashboards, you can leverage all the power of dashboards without having to log into the platform. Now, get dashboard reports delivered directly to your inbox. Best of all, reports are deliverable to anyone (even if they don’t have access to Quantum Metric).
Collect detailed, organized, and relevant customer insights with new event and capture capabilities.
Understand where your customers come from even easier.
Knowing how customers get to your website is a critical part of the customer journey. This summer, we’ve added a handful of new out-of-the-box events that will automatically capture UTM parameters from every session.
Create Page Groups by events/event values.
In the past, Page Groups were created from URL parameters. Now, you can categorize the data/metrics across a group of pages. This enhancement extends grouping capabilities to include bucketing pages by events and event values, allowing you to be even more granular in your page groups and reach beyond URL parameters for those buckets.
Get even more detailed with enhanced DevOps granularity.
This summer, we’ve added the 75th Percentile to the performance metrics table and have made it easier to locate session replays with network resources so you can view the waterfall details for individual sessions (simply filter: Has Resources equals True). Additionally, we’ve added two new out–of-the-box errors to help identify images that 1) fail to load, or 2) are slow to load.
Marry online and offline data to create consistent customer experiences.
Connect your offline data to your digital data.
While Quantum Metric already helps inform what’s happening in the digital experience through our robust autocapture, dashboards and visualizations, and session replay, we know that your customer’s journey doesn’t necessarily stop or start with the digital experience. We’re so excited to introduce Data Enrichment, which will allow you to connect your offline data (call center, VOC, point-of-sale, etc.) to your Quantum Metric digital data – all within the platform.
